Terms & Conditions for Merchandise

The images shown in the rewards catalogue are indicative of the product being offered, the actual product, its colour and design may vary from the displayed image.
Gifts/Products will be accompanied by warranty information wherever applicable from the manufacturer and claims must be directed to the manufacturers directly.
Merchandise once ordered cannot be returned/ exchanged unless the merchandise is delivered defective. In case of the product delivered to you is defective, please contact our helpdesk within 24 hours of delivery of the merchandise, in case of failure to do so, the reward shall be considered as accepted by customer.
Defective goods will be replaced, or alternate product will be delivered if the defect is reported within 24 hours of receiving the defective product. Call helpdesk to report a product as defective.
Premier Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd. will do an address specific dispatch of redeemed items. The customer shall be solely responsible for ensuring that correct address is updated and concerned people at his home/office (as the case may be) are kept informed. Premier Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd. will not be responsible for non-receipt of redeemed items on account of deliveries done to any other person at the registered address other than the customer.
No dispatch shall be made to P.O. Box addresses or to addresses outside India.
Order will be delivered to participant within 21 business days of the order date depending on the participant pin code. In case of unforeseen delays SMS notification will be sent. Orders with multiple products may get delivered on different dates.
To the extent permitted by law, Premier Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd. makes no representations or warranties as to the quality, suitability or merchantability of any gift/ reward. Warranty claims must be directed to the manufacturer.
The offer/product cannot be exchanged for cash any point.
No change in color, fit, size, brand etc. will be entertained once the order if placed.
In case the chosen product is not available, then an alternate product (as per availability) will be offered to you. If you choose not to avail the alternate offer, then the amount paid by you (i.e. Rs. 449 towards shipping. & handling fee) will be refunded back to you within 14 business days.

Terms & Conditions (3 Months Amazon Prime Membership Voucher)

This 3-month Prime membership offer ("Offer"), is provided to you by Amazon Seller Services Private Limited ("Amazon") on the website www.amazon.in and the corresponding mobile site and mobile application (collectively, "Amazon.in"), in respect of Amazon.in Prime membership ("Prime") made available by Amazon.
This offer is in relation to the 3-month term/tenure of Prime ("3-Months Prime") which is a limited period promotional offering unless revoked or extended by Amazon in its sole discretion without any prior notice and without any liability.
These terms and conditions ("Offer Terms") are in addition to the Prime terms and conditions ("Prime Terms") and the applicable Privacy Notice, to which you agree by availing Prime. In the event of any conflict between such terms and these Offer Terms, these Offer Terms will prevail, for the purposes of this Offer. It is clarified that the Prime Terms shall continue to apply for Annual prime membership and Monthly prime membership. The 3-month Prime will be renewed consecutively on an annual basis upon the expiry of the 3 month period. It is clarified that 1- Months Prime cannot be renewed on a monthly basis. Post the auto-renewal of your Prime to the annual plan, you will have the option to cancel membership any time or select to auto-renew your Prime membership on monthly basis in the future.
The Prime Membership Voucher once activated cannot be cancelled or refunded.
Amazon reserves the right to disqualify any customer from availing this 3-Month Prime, if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing this Offer.
Amazon reserves the right, at any me, without prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change any or all of these Offer Terms, or to replace the Offer and/or the 3-Month Prime by another Prime membership plan, without any prior notice or liability.
You are not bound, in any way, to avail this Offer or to purchase 3-Months Prime. Any participation is voluntary. The 3-month Prime membership is being made purely on a best effort basis.

The coupon code is valid for only one usage.
The code is valid only in India.
This voucher is also subject to aha general Terms of Service, available at https://www.aha.video/tc and Privacy Policy, available at https://www.aha.video/privacy-policy.
The duration, terms, validity and jurisdiction of this voucher are the sole discretion of Aha and Aha’s decision on any dispute shall be final and binding.
The voucher holder is solely responsible for the safety and security of this voucher.
To use the Aha Voucher:

Terms & Conditions 1 Year Hotstar Subscription Voucher (Mobile Only Plan):

This is a Hotstar Insta Gift Voucher (GV) / Gift Card (GC) and would be accepted on their website.
The subscription can be used by new or existing Hotstar Platform users. Those not registered on the service will need to register themselves first.
To redeem the voucher code option, go to www.hotstar.com/redeem. Customers can enter the voucher code details in the promo code section.
This service is only available on the web at www.hotstar.com/redeem. Every voucher code will be applicable for a specific subscription pack.
Hotstar reserves the right to terminate, modify or extend the timelines and features of the voucher code, at any me at its absolute discretion, without assigning any reason.
Voucher code is not transferable, is not for sale or re-sale nor redeemable for cash.
The voucher code will not be valid for transactions amounts exceeding coupon value. The voucher code cannot be exchanged for cash or credit note.
The validity of the voucher code cannot be extended.

The person who has the Hotstar GV / GC Code is deemed to be the beneficiary.
Hotstar is not responsible if the Gift card is lost, stolen or used without permission.

No credit note/refund for the unused balance amount of the GV / GC will be given.

Any dispute related to the GV / GC should be referred to the issuing company and the decision of the issuing company shall be final. In case of any legal disputes, the courts at Mumbai shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
Hotstar shall on best effort basis attempt to accept Insta Gift Vouchers (GV) / Gift Card (GC), but on account of any technical reason or for any reason beyond control of Hotstar, GV / GC may not get accepted on the website and Hotstar shall have no liability for the same.
If an Insta Gift Voucher (GV) /Gift Card (GC) gets blocked on account of technical issue, it would get enabled in 72 hours. In case of transaction failures after Insta Gift Voucher (GV) / Gift Card (GC) is applied, amount would be automatically refunded to the same cards within 48 hours

Terms & Conditions – 6 months Movie Card

This Movie Card offers the user to 2 free movie tickets every month for 6 consecutive months at participating cinemas from Monday to Friday. Offer Valid in select cies of India.
This movie card is not transferable, sellable or exchangeable
Each movie card holder is entitled to 12 tickets of which a maximum of 2 tickets can be booked per month for 6 consecutive months.
A minimum of 2 days and a maximum of 7 days advance notice is mandatory to make a booking.
Walk-in customers without prior reservation will not be entertained at the venue.
To avail the offer, customer to show the SMS confirmation or a print out of the e-Ticket at the venue.
Once booked, the ticket cannot be cancelled or rescheduled.
The offer is open to residents of India only.
This offer is not exchangeable for “cash” or for sale.
The voucher is valid for best available silver class seats and not valid for special screenings, paid preview, Premier Shows and Gold class seats.
This offer is applicable only on 2D movies and excludes 3D movies, IMAX and other special screenings
Film classification rules apply, and identification may be required.
The theatre manager’s decision is final and standard cinema rules apply.

Our concierge representative will try to reach you up to a maximum of 2 times within 48 business hours of your preferred booking date to confirm your movie booking, in case the customer is non contactable, the booking request will be cancelled and the actual amount paid by the customer will be refunded back to the customer's transacting bank account within 14 business days.
Premier Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd will not be liable for any failed or incomplete transactions. All such queries to be taken up with the customer banking partner.

General Terms & Conditions

This offer is not available to employees, trade partners, retailers, and distributors of Samsung, Cheil India Pvt. Ltd and Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd., its clients or agencies, and their immediate families.
This offer is subject to promotional availability. This offer is not exchangeable for “cash”.

Only printed invoice/bill that includes in a legible manner the Store Name, Store Address, Store GST No, Date of Purchase, Invoice/Bill No, Item Names (only the participating products), and prices will be considered as an eligible receipt for the purpose of claiming rewards.
No handwritten bills/invoices or photocopied bills/invoices will be considered.
